• Buying OEM Wheels: Delivery, shipping, or will-call pickup available.
• Selling OEM Wheels:
o Wholesale accounts ($200+ orders) qualify for pickup/shipping.
o Retail customers can ship or bring wheels in person.
Wheel Reconditioning: Delivery, shipping, or will-call pickup/return offered.
Western States (AZ, CA, CO, ID, OR, MT, NM, NV, WY, WA, UT)
• Buying & Reconditioning: We ship directly to you.
• Selling OEM Wheels: Single wheels or pallet shipments available.
National (All U.S. States, Including HI & AK)
• Buying & Reconditioning: Shipping available nationwide.
• Selling OEM Wheels: Additional freight quotes apply for HI & AK.
Shipping Details
• Cost: Ground shipping typically $25–$65 per wheel.
• Fast Shipping:
o Same-day shipping for orders before 2:30 PM PST.
o Next-day local delivery for orders before 9:30 AM PST.
o Signature Required: Orders over $400 require direct signature.
o Rates for shipping will change to include shipping pricing.
Will Call Pickup
• Orders of 4 wheels or fewer can be picked up at the front.
• Contact us in advance for rush orders.
Return Policy
• 30-Day Return Window – Request a refund/exchange within 30 days.

Refund & Exchange Process
If we shipped the wrong or damaged product, we provide:
• A prepaid return label

• Mounting fees are non-refundable.
• Final Sale Conditions
• Mounted wheels cannot be returned.
• Wheels damaged during installation are non-returnable.
• Custom finishes (chrome-plated, etc.) are non-refundable.
