Shipping Details
• Cost: Ground shipping typically $25–$65 per wheel.
• Fast Shipping:
o Same-day shipping for orders before 2:30 PM PST.
o Next-day local delivery for orders before 9:30 AM PST.
o Signature Required: Orders over $400 require direct signature.
o Rates for shipping will change to include shipping pricing.

Will Call Pickup
• Orders of 4 wheels or fewer can be picked up at the front.
• Contact us in advance for rush orders.


Return Policy

SHIPPING

Delivery is available throughout the Los Angeles 4-County Area, which includes Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino Counties. We offer next-day delivery, and wholesale accounts with orders of $200 or more can qualify for scheduled delivery service.

DELIVERY POLICY
For customers outside of our local area, we provide nationwide shipping on all OEM wheels. Retail customers can ship wheels to us for sale or repairs, and we can also ship replacement wheels directly to them. Reconditioned wheels and center caps are returned through the same process, and tracking information is provided once the order is processed to ensure peace of mind.

RETURN POLICY

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or exchange. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Certain items are considered final sale and cannot be returned, including wheels with custom finishes such as chrome plating or powder coating, as well as wheels that have already been mounted or damaged during installation.

RETURN GUIDELINES
Returned wheels must be unused, uninstalled, and undamaged. Every return must include the original invoice and a valid RMA number. Products should be packaged exactly as they were shipped; if a wheel is damaged due to improper packaging, additional fees may apply. We strongly recommend inspecting all wheels before installation, including mounting them on a spin balancer.

CORE RETURN OPTIONS
We provide flexible return choices to make the process easy. You may receive your new wheel first and return the old one later, use our prepaid label for hassle-free returns, or choose a no-return option where you keep your old wheel by paying a deposit.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
If we ship the wrong item or a product arrives damaged, we will provide a prepaid return label and issue either a full refund or an exchange. Shipping and handling fees are only refundable if the product shipped was incorrect or damaged. Please note that mounting and balancing fees are never refundable.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled only on the same day they are placed or before the products are shipped.
